Plaintext Players Help Page

GETTING TO OUR PERFORMANCES
  • Click here to open a new web window on the MOO. It may take a few seconds. Ignore the small green window and wait for the window that says "welcome to YINMOO".
(Note: You must have a JAVA-enabled browser to connect to the MOO from this page. See below for an alternate way to connect using telnet.)

  • When you see the "welcome to YINMOO" window, look at the bottom of the window for the word "connect". That's your typing area. Finish typing the message so it reads: connect guest

  • When you see the ***Connected*** message type: theater

  • That's it, you're in the Theater Space; just sit back and enjoy the show. You are welcome to discuss the performance with other guests without fear of disturbing the performers. Below is a list of basic MOO communication commands.

  • When you want to leave, just type: @quit

  • Note: After you've left the MOO, if you want to reconnect, just come back to this page and click the "here" link up top again. You are welcome to visit YINMOO anytime you like, not just during performances.
